Andrea Davis, Nutritional Services, Holistic Nutrition Counselor

With a strong appreciation for how a busy lifestyle can interfere with the best-laid plans to keep healthy, Andrea has guided and supported many busy professionals and busy parents to achieve a higher level of health, energy, and vitality through individual and group nutritional coaching programs, lectures, workshops, and cooking classes.
Andrea is known to be warm, encouraging, and enthusiastic. Her unique approach teaches clients how to be healthy rather than just telling them what to eat so that they achieve long-term, sustainable success for years to come, and not just during the time that they work together. She provides her clients with both the knowledge and tools to build healthy habits into a busy lifestyle.
Andrea’s passion for her own health and wellness always remained a priority for her even during her many busy years on the road and in the corporate world, working in both Wall Street Firms and Management Consulting. As such, she understands the challenges of balancing a busy life and a healthy lifestyle.
She writes a nutrition blog for FOX NY and has also written articles for WomenOf.com. She will be featured in an upcoming segment of the TV show, In Your Business.
Andrea holds a bachelors degree from Cornell University and studied nutrition at The Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City. She is certified by The American Association of Drugless Practitioners as a holistic health and nutrition practitioner and is also an NASM certified personal trainer.

Laura Bilotto, Licensed Massage Therapist
With an interest in massage and bodywork for over 10 years, Laura fulfilled a long-standing dream and attended massage therapy school. She completed her professional training at the Connecticut Center of Massage Therapy in Westport, CT, was awarded national certification in December 2006, and spent the next year as a massage therapist and a fitness trainer on her own and with a sports facility in Stamford, CT. During that time, she worked with a wide variety of athletes, weekend warriors and professionals included, and continued to hone her skills in Swedish, Deep Tissue massage and Sports Massage.
Laura is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association. She is also certified in Medical Massage and Myoskeletal Therapy .
Prior to becoming a massage therapist, Laura received her B.S. in Computer Science from Mercy College in NY and worked for over 15 years in the technology field.
In her free time, Laura spends a lot of her time outdoors, mostly climbing, hiking, and skiing. She also loves reading, cooking, and traveling.
Laura believes that all of us are in need of more positive touch in our lives. As our lives become ever more rushed and pressured, we find fewer and fewer opportunities for actual physical contact with other people. On the clinical side, massage has been shown to increase circulation, improve respiration, ease digestion, and facilitate recovery from muscular injury and soreness. It relaxes the body and mind and calms the spirit. Massage eases us into a slower way of life, where we can lie on a warm table with gentle music and calming hands to work out life’s stresses. Laura’s massages are designed to promote both healing and relaxation.
